Terms and Conditions

All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the deposit. A provisional reservation cannot be guaranteed as a final or confirmed reservation. Extended stays may be agreed by the Management and are subject to availability. A £500 deposit must be received before the reservation can be confirmed. The final balance must be settled upon arrival. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Travellers Cheques, bank draft and cash. Cancellation of a booking is subject to 28 days' notice when all monies paid will be returned minus an administration charge of £30+VAT. Refunds after this period will only be made if the apartment is re-let. Please note that once a booking is confirmed by us, you are committed to these dates and any alterations will depend on availability and re-sale of the original accommodation booked.

NB There are no lifts in any of the houses.
